Mongolian culture is a casual one—it’s not rude for someone to answer their cell phone during a meal. They start eating when their food arrives, and don’t wait for everyone to be served. All in all a lively bunch.

Like the office in Russia, all the girls are pretty and dressed fashionably. They take me to the canteen for lunch. Togsoo is due in a week. Maybe two. Human trafficking program work isn’t fun but its good work, she says. She has spectacles on.
